This is a charity benefit for the Firefighter’s Charity Alliance, a local non-profit organization that helps support the many community programs conducted throughout the year. This fundraiser helps raise money for the Florian Foundation Fund – a fund to help local firefighters facing cancer, PTSD, and other medical issues and our local school culinary programs. There’s nothing better than finger-lickin’ BBQ! Come compete or sample food in the Firefighters Charity BBQ & Chili Contest at Gator Harley®. We are accepting cooking teams, vendors, and sponsors.
